Florence Moos is a social worker at the “Hospice Général” in Geneva since 2011. Working with refugees, she is responsible for giving social assistance and helping refugees with their integration in Switzerland through : language learning, recognition of diplomas, family reunion. She also is a master’s student in social work at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Western Switzerland.

For the Project Children of Refugees in Europe, she assists the Swiss team on literature review relative to immigration and asylum in Switzerland and helps with NGOs partnership, interviewees recruiting and data collection.
