In France, the research will be led by Professor Catherine Withol De Wenden, a political scientist and specialist in international migration and director of research at CNRS (Centre d’études et de recherches internationales at Sciences Po Paris). Catherine Withol De Wenden has an extensive experience on international and comparative studies. Given her background in political science and law she  leads, as principal member of this project, on the cross-national comparison.
